Refund Policy

If you made payment for our services

Due to the nature of our business and the services we provide, the amount of a refund will depend on the stage of our cooperation:

Boosters

(Basic, Better, Absolute and Custom)

For individuals

For entities

After submitting the brief and making a payment, before we contact you to ask additional questions and agree on the execution time, we will refund you 100%.
After we asked you additional questions but before we provided you with the description (-s) for your social page (-s) we will refund you 90%*.
After providing you with the description (-s), before we design a logo, we will refund you 70%.
After providing you with the description (-s) and a logo, but before we design for you a logo (or page cover) we will refund you 35%.
After writing you the description (-s) and designing the logo and page cover, we will not be able to refund you but only make some corrections to the designs.

After submitting the brief we contact you to ask questions, agree on the execution time and provide you with the Invoice, we cannot refund you 100%. But if you already paid with a bank card – we will refund 100%.
After we asked you additional questions but before we provided you with the description (-s) for your social page (-s) we will refund you 90%*.
After providing you with the description (-s), before we design a logo, we will refund you 70%.
After providing you with the description (-s) and a logo, but before we design for you a logo (or page cover) we will refund you 35%.
After writing you the description (-s) and designing the logo and page cover, we will not be able to refund you but only make some corrections to the designs.

* Right after asking you additional questions (if needed), we start working on your project: discover your social pages, and website (if any), read your and visitors’ posts, research competitors, etc.
